A MINDFUL APPROACH TO WELLNESS
I provide SUPPORT, PRACTICES and GUIDANCE to embrace transformative life phases with confidence and grace and celebrate life in a conscious and resilient way
my healing journey
When chronic stress became debilitating, I knew that something had to change. For 15 years, I worked on locations around the world, and as a result of this demanding schedule, I began to struggle with anxiety, sleep and eating disorders, substance abuse, weight management, and body image.
In 1997, I discovered yoga and began to heal from the inside out. I embarked on a life of mindful, clean living and developed my yoga practice. In time, I completed a 200-hour Hatha yoga certification.
Inspired by the significant changes in my life, in 2004, I traveled to India to the Yoga Vidya Gurukul School and Ashram and became a certified Yoga Therapist. With each new certification, I deepened my practice with the goal of sharing my knowledge with other women. My next step was traveling to Seattle, WA, where I studied with Colette Crawford at the Seattle Holistic Center and earned my Pre & Post Natal Yoga certification.
In 2007, I gave birth to my daughter, Emma, choosing HypnoBirthing® as my method of childbirth preparation. This allowed me to achieve an easy and empowered birthing experience while ensuring a gentle and safe birth for my daughter. That transformative experience became the focus of my current practice: guiding expecting mothers (and their partners) on how to reclaim this rite of passage with strength, confidence, and excitement. My goal is to help parents show up fully for themselves and their baby, contributing to future generations—the soul of humanity.
In 2013, I graduated as a Health Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York.
For over 20 years, I have been an avid yoga teacher and practitioner and am a 500-hour Therapeutic Yoga instructor with Integrative Yoga Therapy. I specialize in Prenatal and Postnatal yoga and am also an Infant Massage facilitator. Additionally, I am a HypnoBirthing® Childbirth Educator, HypnoMothering™ & HypnoFertility™ practitioner, and offer classes for expecting and new moms to help them transition gently into motherhood. I am a Certified Hypnotist under the National Guild of Hypnotists, hold a Pain Management hypnosis certification with the American School of Clinical Hypnosis, and facilitate hypnotherapy and EFT sessions for pain management, insomnia, weight loss, and many other concerns.
Born in Italy and raised in Costa Rica, I travel widely and offer personalized private and group programs. I am trilingual—fluent in English, Italian, and Spanish—and use all three languages daily for work, life, love, and sharing. Having lived on different continents for extended periods, I operate from a multicultural and multilingual perspective. I am deeply committed to holding space for and supporting women in becoming the most powerful version of themselves while uncovering their innate wisdom and healing intelligence.
